I recently saw this story on MSN about 10 Towns that Seem Straight Out of a Storybook. Maybe not so surprisingly, not one of the towns came from the United States. Should some small communities in America have garnered at least honorable mention. Let’s look at a couple that I think might belong. Of course feel free to send your own nominations.
Leavenworth, Washington is modeled on a small Bavarian town. Visitors can participate in a Bavarian IceFest, Nordic Races, and all things Bavarian.
